Alpacas easy going nature and willingness to learn, make them an excellent choice as pets or companions for those interested in introducing themselves or their children to the world of livestock. Alpacas excel at tasks such as 4H, and are becoming popular choices as therapy animals. While not all alpacas may make it into our breeding program, many of our animals have the temperament and willingness to learn that make them great choices as pets or fibre animals instead. The pets we offer are raised in a family atmosphere, are child-safe, halter and trailer trained, and are often quite friendly.
