April was a massive girl-- the tallest and heaviest in our herd. However, she was a very well mannered, conscientious girl, and a wonderful mother. She was a herd favourite in terms of temperament. She had spot on conformation, and an overall powerful build.
She consistently threw equally large, conformationally correct cria with the utmost of ease, producing more than enough milk to sustain them. She was everything you could look for in a dam. She was healthy, easy to work with, easy to maintain. We enjoyed her time with us, and are quite proud of the girls she left as her legacy.
